Once your product has shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days within France, 3 to 7 days across Europe, and 5 to 15 days for the rest of the world. If you haven't received your products within the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us via our contact page.
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please ensure the products are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

We source our leathers solely from hides that are by-products of the food industry, collaborating exclusively with renowned tanneries in Bulgaria, France, and Italy.
